Wellbeing Week was joyful and full of enthusiasm for the students, because the activities kept them fully involved and helped them to realize how vital it is to pay attention to not only the people, places, and other living things around us, but also to our well-being. They perform number of activities like meditation to calm their mind, move to the beat of the music to enjoy the rhythm and free their body and mind, colouring a doodle to improve their attention span etc. Students wrote notes to friends, family, and teachers to express their gratitude and awareness for the well-being of those around them.
